Hello, my name is Olivia Cardinaels, and I have spent the past 25 years working in Human Resources, with a primary focus on recruitment and selection.
My career began as a consultant for a temporary employment agency, after which I spent three years working in the United States as an expat before returning to Belgium. For the past 20 years, I have gained extensive experience in both consultancy and in-house talent acquisition while working at a recruitment agency and an international top player in the semi-conductor business in Leuven.
I am thrilled to embark on a new chapter in my career with the launch of A-Z Talents, a comprehensive "one-stop shop" for all your recruitment needs. As an expat with a wealth of experience in recruitment and selection, I am excited to offer my expertise and build partnerships with organisations and companies seeking added value in their recruitment solutions.
